A unique patented product that makes production of splendid mosaics of professional quality as easy as doing a jigsaw puzzle. All this means added value for your hobby. The product is made of ceramic fired both before and after glazing for maximum hardness and durability, produced in a selection of 40 colours, plus gold and platinum containing over 90% pure gold and platinum. Téssra Easy Mosaic is perfect for covering objects and decorating walls or furniture. The ceramic tiles measure 7 x 7 cm and are pre-engraved on the back. The engraving makes it easy to break up the tesserae as shown in the plan without tongs or other mechanical tools.
The designs illustrated are produced using only the geometric shapes permitted by the lines pre-engraved in the tiles, with no additional cuts and no waste. The shapes that may be obtained with the pre-engraved lines are: - rectangles measuring from 2 x 5 mm - squares measuring from 2 x 2 mm - equilateral triangles measuring 5 mm for side. Mosaic pincers, art. 7053006 in the Téssra series, are useful for easier positioning of pieces of tesserae in the design.

| When breaking the tesserae it is advisable to wear lightweight rubber gloves to prevent minor cuts on your fingers. Or use a small pair of pincers; even plastic ones will do. Always break tesserae by pressing downward while holding them with the glazed side facing up.
| | Glue or trace the plan onto the surface to be decorated. The surface may be the object or item of furniture to be decorated, a base made of wood or another material. |
| Use glue art. 7053020 to apply the tiles of the shapes and colours shown in the plan, after breaking them to the right size. When you have finished your design, wait until the glue on the last tiles is perfectly dry.
| | If you have made your mosaic directly on the object to be decorated or on a rigid base, cover it with plaster art. 7053021. If you have made your design on non-woven fabric, glue the whole mosaic onto the surface to be decorated and wait for the glue to dry before applying plaster. Plaster may be coloured with powder pigments or acrylic colours. |
| | When the plaster is almost completely dry, after an hour or two (depending on dilution), wipe it with a damp sponge to remove plaster residues on top of the tiles. Your work is now ready for framing, hanging to the wall, decorating furniture, clothing accessories or whatever your imagination suggests. |
